This Privacy Policy describes how Euroclub LLC ("Company", "we") collects, uses, and protects personal data of users of the EuroClub application, designed for booking and purchasing bus tickets between Ukraine and European countries.
2. Data We Collect
To process bookings and provide transportation services, we may collect:
- Passenger full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Payment card data (processed via a secure payment gateway, not stored on our servers)
- Technical data (device type, push notification identifier)
We do NOT store passport data within the application.
3. Purpose of Data Processing
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of:
- Booking and selling tickets
- Concluding a voluntary travel insurance agreement (if applicable)
- Notifying users about order status (push notifications, email)
- Complying with the legislation of Ukraine and transit countries
4. Data Transfer to Third Parties
Your data is transferred to third parties only in cases provided by Ukrainian law, or with your separate consent (e.g., to an insurance company when arranging insurance).
5. Data Storage and Protection
Data is stored for the period necessary to fulfill the transportation contract and legal requirements. We apply technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010, you have the right to:
- Know the sources of collection and location of your data
- Receive information about the purpose of data processing
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent to data processing
