Ticket Refund Rules

For passengers who purchased tickets from 01.10.2026, voluntary ticket refund conditions apply:

• More than a month (720 hours +) before departure, 80% of the ticket price is refunded
• More than 72 hours but less than 720 hours before departure, 50% of the ticket price is refunded
• More than 48 hours but less than 72 hours before departure, 40% of the ticket price is refunded
• In case of refusal to travel: 48 hours or less before departure, tickets are non-refundable
